Had a technician come out to diagnose a cooling issue my mother was having with the unit installed in April. The technician identified the problem which was the unit outside unit didn't match the inside unit. He gave us a quote the next day. Came out and install the correct units, and called the Texas Licencing board, and filed a complaint on our behalf. The installation of the new units was completed in a few hours. All technicians were respectful and professional. We would recommend Action Tech Air Conditioning and Heat for your HVAC needs.
